5. Prices
All prices listed on the website are the final price and include all contributions and taxes.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
The method of payment is by cash on delivery or by a forwarded invoice and by transfer to the seller's TRR.
The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a permanent medium, with detailed costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.

There are many advantages of an electronic invoice - also for our environment:

In accordance with Directive 2010/45/EU and the amended Article 84 of the Value Added Tax Act - ZDDV-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 13/11-UPB3, 18/11, 78/11, 38/12 and 83/12) from 01.01. 2013 introduces equal treatment of paper and electronic invoices.
By placing an order in our online store, the customer agrees that all invoices and invoices are sent electronically.

Although we try to provide accurate photos and videos of the items for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features. 8. Payment upon collection
Goods purchased through the website of Percepcija d.o.o. the buyer pays the postal employee or the delivery person upon collection of the shipment.
For cash on delivery (COD), we charge an additional cost of 1.5% of the order value.
DPD takes care of the delivery of the goods, usually the next day, but no later than 10 days after dispatch.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is DPD, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this order will be fulfilled more efficiently.
9. Right to withdraw from the contract
In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.
CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL
The possibility of withdrawing from the contract is given in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
In the event of a return, the entire cost of sending and/or returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, in the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all payments received immediately or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
In the case of sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the return of the goods has been received or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the company offers the option of accepting the returned goods.
If you received inadequate or damaged goods, you can only return them within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving the goods, and the goods must be unused, packed in the original packaging and/or undamaged. The purchase price will be returned to the buyer in a pre-arranged manner, no later than within 14 working days of the return of the goods.
Please notify us in writing of your intended return at contact e-mail info (@) unitpac.com. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the notified intention to withdraw from the contract. The company must return the payments as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The customer must return the received goods undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.

To make it easier to understand the rights to return products, we quote the explanation of the market inspectorate (source: Information - Glasilo Trgovinske Zbornica Slovenije, January 20, 2012, number 3):
When it comes to the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, it is necessary to know that it is a withdrawal from the contract without there being anything wrong with the thing itself, but this right goes to the consumer due to the very nature of the contract - the conclusion of a contract at a distance. The right to withdraw from the contract does not mean that the consumer does not know what he is buying (in principle, the consumer also knows what he is ordering for other things), but only that he thinks about his decision within the statutory period and in the case , that this decision was hasty, changes its decision and withdraws from the contract.
It should also be known that concluding a distance contract does not give the consumer more rights than concluding a contract in the classic way (that is, by visiting a store). Thus, the consumer cannot and must not use the received goods unhindered all the time until withdrawing from the contract, as this is not a trial purchase, where testing the goods would be a condition for keeping the contract in force. Thus, the consumer may inspect and test the received goods only to the extent that this is absolutely necessary to determine the actual situation and as is usually the case in stores. Any "testing" that deviates from this can be considered as use of the goods, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
The right to withdraw from the contract no longer gives the consumer any right, but only the possibility to reconsider his purchase decision even after he has already received the goods and, in the event that this decision was hasty, to change his decision and withdraw from contract, but does not give him the right to use the goods.
The online store unitpac.com reserves the right to refuse the return of a damaged, used or product that does not contain all the relevant elements (box, receipt, original packaging, unused, etc.) at the expense of the sender. We therefore ask you to handle the product sparingly and carefully, as this is the only way we will be able to exchange the product smoothly or refund your money.
We will transfer the purchase price for the returned items to your transaction account, the number of which you attach to the product and the complaint record that you are returning or send by e-mail to info (@) unitpac.com.
10. Product warranty
The product warranty applies to products purchased on the basis of the attached invoice, and the date of sale is the date on the invoice. The guarantee is claimed with an invoice or a copy. The warranty for all products is at least 12 months. For products with a longer warranty period, it is specially marked. The warranty does not apply to consumables, which includes cardboard and cardboard products!
All factory defects and defects that occur during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

In case of missing data, we will contact you again in the same way as you contacted us at the start of the complaint procedure, as a result of which the complaint procedure may be extended.

The advertised product must be sent to our company address in perfect condition. All products are sent from our distribution center to our customers in suitable protective packaging, so the advertised product should also be properly protected during delivery to our address. Make sure that the original packaging of the advertised product is in perfect condition, without labels and without damage.
On the outside of the protective packaging, write CLAIM in capital letters. We will reject all improperly marked packages.
IMPORTANT: All packages that will be forwarded to our address by cash on delivery or postage paid by addressee, etc. will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
In the case of damaged product packaging or in the event that the delivery service labels are on the packaging (which makes the packaging unusable), we will not be able to refund you 100% of the purchase price, but we will deduct 50% of the product value from the total purchase price. For each individual missing part of the product or for missing accessories, the deduction from the total purchase price of the product is assessed separately. In the event that during the complaint procedure you want a refund of the purchase price, after the refund of the purchase price, the claimed product will once again become the property of the company Percepcija d. o. o.. If the product is not returned to our address in the same condition as it was sent to the customer's address, any change to the product represents for the company Percepcija d. o. o. business damage.

Depending on the content of the completed complaint record and the findings of the complaint review, a company representative will contact you and inform you of the further procedure.
Each case will be resolved individually, depending on the type of complaint (withdrawal from purchase - return of goods, warranty). During the process, the complaints service can offer you product repair, product replacement or a refund.
Very important:
All working products that were sent to our address as advertised and no defects were found during the complaint inspection will be returned at the customer's expense with cash on delivery.
All products leave our distribution center in protective packaging and in perfect condition. Please make sure that the package will be delivered in perfect condition. If you notice obvious damage to the package when you pick it up, you are not obliged to accept such a package and can refuse it. You should also inform us about the rejection of the package due to damage. You must understand that the company Percepcija d. o. o. cannot be held responsible for damage to the package 24 hours after delivery.

12. Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered on the website as soon as possible. Orders received on weekdays by 12 noon will be sent to the specified address on the same day (if the product is in stock). If the ordered goods happen to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Delivery takes place only in the territory of Slovenia. The delivery of the goods is handled by the company DPD or we organize our own delivery, usually the next day, but no later than within 10 days from the dispatch of the goods. The delivery employee will most likely look for you at home with the package in the morning, in case you are not at home, he will leave you a message. The online store www.unitpac.com contains the main information about the products and, for a better presentation, also photos and videos of the products (images and videos are symbolic). Although we try to provide accurate photos and videos of the items for sale, all photos should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product features. Color shades and appearance may deviate slightly from the real condition of the products.
8. Payment upon collection
Goods purchased through the website of Percepcija d.o.o. the buyer pays the postal employee or the delivery person upon collection of the shipment.
For cash on delivery (COD), we charge an additional cost of 1.5% of the order value.
DPD takes care of the delivery of the goods, usually the next day, but no later than 10 days after dispatch.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is DPD, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this order will be fulfilled more efficiently.
9. Right to withdraw from the contract
In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision in accordance with Article 43 of the ZVPot. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods.
CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL
The possibility of withdrawing from the contract is given in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
In the event of a return, the entire cost of sending and/or returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, in the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall return all payments received immediately or at the latest within 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The company returns the received payments to the consumer with the same means of payment that the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
In the case of sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund of payments received until the return of the goods has been received or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, unless the company offers the option of accepting the returned goods.
If you received inadequate or damaged goods, you can only return them within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving the goods, and the goods must be unused, packed in the original packaging and/or undamaged. The purchase price will be returned to the buyer in a pre-arranged manner, no later than within 14 working days of the return of the goods.
Please notify us in writing of your intended return at contact e-mail info (@) unitpac.com. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the notified intention to withdraw from the contract. The company must return the payments as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
The customer must return the received goods undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer.

To make it easier to understand the rights to return products, we quote the explanation of the market inspectorate (source: Information - Glasilo Trgovinske Zbornica Slovenije, January 20, 2012, number 3):
When it comes to the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance, it is necessary to know that it is a withdrawal from the contract without there being anything wrong with the thing itself, but this right goes to the consumer due to the very nature of the contract - the conclusion of a contract at a distance. The right to withdraw from the contract does not mean that the consumer does not know what he is buying (in principle, the consumer also knows what he is ordering for other things), but only that he thinks about his decision within the statutory period and in the case , that this decision was hasty, changes its decision and withdraws from the contract.
It should also be known that concluding a distance contract does not give the consumer more rights than concluding a contract in the classic way (that is, by visiting a store). Thus, the consumer cannot and must not use the received goods unhindered all the time until withdrawing from the contract, as this is not a trial purchase, where testing the goods would be a condition for keeping the contract in force. Thus, the consumer may inspect and test the received goods only to the extent that this is absolutely necessary to determine the actual situation and as is usually the case in stores. Any "testing" that deviates from this can be considered as use of the goods, which means that the consumer thereby loses the right to withdraw from the contract.
The right to withdraw from the contract no longer gives the consumer any right, but only the possibility to reconsider his purchase decision even after he has already received the goods and, in the event that this decision was hasty, to change his decision and withdraw from contract, but does not give him the right to use the goods.
The online store unitpac.com reserves the right to refuse the return of a damaged, used or product that does not contain all the relevant elements (box, receipt, original packaging, unused, etc.) at the expense of the sender. We therefore ask you to handle the product sparingly and carefully, as this is the only way we will be able to exchange the product smoothly or refund your money.
We will transfer the purchase price for the returned items to your transaction account, the number of which you attach to the product and the complaint record that you are returning or send by e-mail to info (@) unitpac.com.
10. Product warranty
The product warranty applies to products purchased on the basis of the attached invoice, and the date of sale is the date on the invoice. The guarantee is claimed with an invoice or a copy. The warranty for all products is at least 12 months. For products with a longer warranty period, it is specially marked. The warranty does not apply to consumables, which includes cardboard and cardboard products!
All factory defects and defects that occur during the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

Fill out the complaint record, which you can get here, and explain to us as clearly as possible the reason for making the complaint.
When inspecting an individual product, our complaints service needs all the information marked on the complaint record. In case of missing data, we will contact you again in the same way as you contacted us at the start of the complaint procedure, as a result of which the complaint procedure may be extended.
4. Step:
The advertised product must be sent to our company address in perfect condition. All products are sent from our distribution center to our customers in suitable protective packaging, so the advertised product should also be properly protected during delivery to our address. Make sure that the original packaging of the advertised product is in perfect condition, without labels and without damage.
On the outside of the protective packaging, write CLAIM in capital letters. We will reject all improperly marked packages.
IMPORTANT: All packages that will be forwarded to our address by cash on delivery or postage paid by addressee, etc. will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
In the case of damaged product packaging or in the event that the delivery service labels are on the packaging (which makes the packaging unusable), we will not be able to refund you 100% of the purchase price, but we will deduct 50% of the product value from the total purchase price. For each individual missing part of the product or for missing accessories, the deduction from the total purchase price of the product is assessed separately. In the event that during the complaint procedure you want a refund of the purchase price, after the refund of the purchase price, the claimed product will once again become the property of the company Percepcija d. o. o.. If the product is not returned to our address in the same condition as it was sent to the customer's address, any change to the product represents for the company Percepcija d. o. o. business damage.
5. Step:
When the product with all related documentation arrives at the address of the company Percepcija d. o. o., it will be reviewed by the complaints department. Depending on the content of the completed complaint record and the findings of the complaint review, a company representative will contact you and inform you of the further procedure.
Each case will be resolved individually, depending on the type of complaint (withdrawal from purchase - return of goods, warranty). During the process, the complaints service can offer you product repair, product replacement or a refund.
Very important:
All working products that were sent to our address as advertised and no defects were found during the complaint inspection will be returned at the customer's expense with cash on delivery.
All products leave our distribution center in protective packaging and in perfect condition. Please make sure that the package will be delivered in perfect condition. If you notice obvious damage to the package when you pick it up, you are not obliged to accept such a package and can refuse it. You should also inform us about the rejection of the package due to damage. You must understand that the company Percepcija d. o. o. cannot be held responsible for damage to the package 24 hours after delivery.

In case of visible damage to the packaging or the goods, the buyer's complaint must be submitted to the provider or the delivery service upon receipt of the goods. The buyer is not obliged to accept such goods and may refuse the shipment.

The right to assert a material defect in an item is more precisely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
12. Delivery
We will deliver the goods ordered on the website as soon as possible. Orders received on weekdays by 12 noon will be sent to the specified address on the same day (if the product is in stock). If the ordered goods happen to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately. Delivery takes place only in the territory of Slovenia. The delivery of the goods is handled by the company DPD or we organize our own delivery, usually the next day, but no later than within 10 days from the dispatch of the goods. The delivery employee will most likely look for you at home with the package in the morning, in case you are not at home, he will leave you a message. We reserve the right to change the contractual partner for the delivery of shipments.
13. Security
We use the data received from you for the needs of your order. Your data will be forwarded to the companies responsible for sending the goods, if necessary (name, address, possibly telephone, agreement on delivery dates). We pass your data to the bank for payment purposes. We do not forward the data to anyone else. After delivery and after we have received your payment, access to your data is closed.

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order (sending informative material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.
